Fulfillment Policy

Refund, Delivery, and Cancellation 

11. Refund Eligibility

1.1 First Month Refund: If you are dissatisfied with our services within the first month of collaboration, you are eligible for a pro-rated refund based on the time worked together during that month.

1.2 Beyond 90 Days: Refund requests beyond the initial 90 days require a 30 days notice of cancellation. Upon fulfilling this requirement, clients are eligible to receive a refund for any unused portion of their last month of service.

2. Refund Process

2.1 Refund Request: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at [contact@creatorspark.com] within the specified timeframes mentioned above. Clearly state the reason for your refund request, and provide any necessary details for efficient processing.

2.2 Pro-Rated Calculation: For first-month refunds, the amount refunded will be pro-rated based on the number of days worked together during the initial month.

2.3 Refund Confirmation: Upon approval of your refund request, you will receive a confirmation email, and the refund will be processed within 14 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Services

3.1 Customized Services: Certain services, such as customizations or one-time projects, may be non-refundable. Details will be communicated and agreed upon during the initial consultation.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 30 Days Notice: Clients must provide a 30 days notice of cancellation to be eligible for a refund beyond the initial 90 days. This ensures a smooth conclusion of ongoing services and facilitates the processing of the final refund.

4.2 Unused Portion: Clients adhering to the notice requirement will receive a refund for any unused portion of their last month of service.

5. Online Delivery Policy

5.1 Delivery Method: Client assets will be delivered electronically via Google Drive.

5.2 Production Schedule: Deliveries will be made according to the agreed-upon show production schedule set by your assigned production manager.
